Hit the Fat Head's Brewery for dinner when we flew into Cleveland. It was an okay stop - okay food and okay beer. (8.30.2025)

The Branch & Bone Brewery in Dayton, OH, was a great stop. They don't have food, but they have some pretty good beers on tap. Highly recommend! (8.31.2025)

We drove past this Court House in New Lexington, Ohio. Looks like it belongs in a Halloween thriller, but most importantly, it has Lady Justice at the top of the center peak. (9.1.2025)

On the outskirts of Fort Wayne, Indiana, is the site of the first major league baseball game, played May 4, 1871, between the Fort Wayne Kekiongas and the Cleveland Forest Citys. Fort Wayne won 2-0. The original ballpark no longer exists, but there is this small memorial stone. (9.5.2025)

We were really far ahead of our original itinerary at this point, so we ventured north into Michigan to grab some counties and some sites between Detroit and Toledo. On our way, we stopped at the tri-point between Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. The stone marker describes the point, but is not located directly at the tri-point. The tri-point, however, is marked by a metal "M" placed into the road. I thought "M" was a much more fitting marker than "O" could ever be! --said the University of Michigan football fan. (9.5.2025)

Stopped for a quick beer at Voodoo Brewing Company. Luckily we had grabbed a quick Subway sandwich before hand because the landscaping company knocked out their gas line and they couldn't serve any food. But the beer taps still worked. (9.5.2025)
