Nixon Library and Boyhood Home

For Scott’s quest to go to one site per President, we visited the Nixon Library in Yorba Linda, California. I thought it was a pretty well-done library with a lot of interpretation on the various large aspects of his Presidency (e.g. Vietnam, China, Watergate, etc.).

As with some Presidential sites, there is a mock-up of the Oval Office while he was in office.

Both Former President Nixon and his wife are buried on site.

The Library was constructed on the grounds of Nixon’s childhood home.

They even had an old Marine One that Nixon used on site.

“Wait for me….!!”

There are some beautiful gardens to meander through.
